Electrical About the Department

With its first batch going to be graduated in 2019, Department of Electrical Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Engineering College Kangra at Nagrota Bagwan has evolved with time since 2015 and offers B. Tech( Electrical Engineering). The undergraduate curriculum provides a strong base for the students and exposure to the latest technology in Electrical Engineering. Department is also encouraging students for pursuing higher education and to prepare them for National level competitive examinations. Along with this Department is also facilitating regular industrial interaction and offers a solution to their problems. Department has experienced as well as young and energetic faculty members, all of whom display a high level of enthusiasm and dedication. Apart from teaching, faculties are actively involved in organizing Technical Workshops, camps and visits at the institute to create an environment conducive to experiential learning.
